COACH INFORMATION:  COMPETE AS A LAST CHANCE FOR A PR OR CHANCE TO COMPETE IN THE BEST HEAT AGAINST THE BEST OF THE BEST GETTING READY FOR OUTDOOR NATIONALS! 

YOU CAN COMPETE UNATTACHED, CLUB OR SCHOOL. THE MEET IS NOT SANCTIONED FOR QUALIFYING FOR A HIGH SCHOOL STATE MEET, BUT CAN QUALIFY FOR PR'S OR NATIONALS

FRIDAY NIGHT WILL BE A DISTANCE CARNIVAL.

SATURDAY WILL BE THE MEET OF CHAMPIONS WITH ATHLETES WELCOME FROM ALL STATES! 

All events will have instant results.  Results can be followed instantly at www.snaptiming.com

No Run-Outs

Sprints 400 and shorter will not need hip numbers. 

Spike Check and Hip Numbers at the Backstretch at the end of the first turn. 

For check-in, athletes should look up your heat and lane number: www.snaptiming.com (Report your Event, heat, and lane # to the check-in area)
